2. User Obligations & Document Accuracy

By engaging UdyogSetu, you represent and warrant that:

• All information, personal identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID), proofs of address, and corporate records provided to us are authentic, accurate, and lawfully obtained.
• You have full legal capacity and authority to enter into agreements and authorize corporate filings.
• UdyogSetu shall not be liable for any rejections, penalties, or delays resulting from forged, incorrect, or delayed documents submitted by the client.

3. Service Fees & Government Challans

Service charges quoted by UdyogSetu generally comprise two parts: our professional service fee and statutory government fees (stamp duties, MCA filing fees, trademark classification fees, GST challans). Statutory fees payable directly to government treasuries are subject to statutory revisions by regulatory bodies without prior notice.

4. Timelines & Government Approvals

While UdyogSetu strives to prepare and submit applications promptly (typically within 24 to 48 hours of document receipt), the final approval, processing speed, query generation, and certificate issuance remain solely within the jurisdiction of respective government officers (ROC, DPIIT, FSSAI, DGFT, Trade Marks Registry). We do not guarantee government approval or specific processing turnarounds where regulatory discretion applies.

5. Intellectual Property
